Rates

Therapy is an investment in your overall health, happiness and can set your life on the right course. In addition to the hourly session, your therapist will provide you with take home material that will accompany your therapeutic process. Our goal is to help you make the most of your therapy experience so that you gain maximum benefit.
Our therapists’ fees are set in accordance with the guidelines provided by The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. 
Your initial phone consultation is free of charge. During this call we will discuss your needs and determine with you what type of therapy interests you and how many sessions you will require. We charge  179 for a one hour psychotherapy session. We welcome discussion about rates to ensure we meet your needs within your budget. Our services are covered by most extended benefit insurance plans. If you do not have coverage, or have financial limitations please discuss this with us.
